ASFS will add and relocate sprinkler coverage to conform to your building changes. If you are adding partitions, new rooms, additions or drop ceilings we will retrofit your sprinkler system to ensure proper protection. During the course of scheduled and routine maintenance that should be completed on all installed fire sprinkler systems such as quarterly (3mo), semi-annual (6mo), annual (1yr), three (3yr), five year (5yr) tests and inspections. We will always investigate the most economical method to save you money when designing and laying out your system requirements. When possible we will tap into existing piping, use extended coverage sprinkler heads and up to date materials to keep your cost at a minimum.
